Yes. London is a hectic place. But it also has a lot of cultural distraction on offer, giving the public a chance to relax and unwind.
This new, open air gallery for example presents a golden opportunity for stressed city bankers and the likes to take a moment and enjoy the calming effect of watching paint dry on a juxtaposing slab of geometrically challenging concrete.

at the moment i'm working on a different and more eerie theme - trying to make the drawings look like old photographs.

Ok, so it's been ages. I made it home in the end -not via Eurostar but 1 train, 1 ferry, 1 lovely group of pensioners who gave me a lift on their coach from Calais to Cologne -and 1 more train.
It took 19 hours but I travelled without even spending a penny!

Snow chaos didn't stop and I ended up staying longer than planned. I have been back for a couple of weeks now but didn't feel like blogging. So here we go again.

New project for illustration -something to do with pickled Guinea pigs. Early roughs.
And last illustration project "imagined record collection"

And -I know this is a little late but: happy new year!

Merry christmas...

I was supposed to be going home to Germany today but  Eurostar has other plans... So have a very merry christmas everyone. I'll be trying to get home somehow.

Snow & show

Yesterday at uni there was snow.

Later, at my tutors exhibition, there was a show.

Finally I'm feeling better, I even slept!
